Finance Business Partner

At this moment, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be central to the growth and development of our business, acting as a strategic advisor to various departments in the organization, and providing financial insights, analysis, and support to drive business performance and decision-making. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

To excel as our new Finance Business Partner, it is important for you to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our organization, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters. Additionally, your key responsibilities will be to: 

• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies. 
• Monitor cash-flow and create initiatives for improvements. 
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management and department heads, highlighting key insights and recommendations. 
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. 
• Assist with financial risk management and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. 

Take a pivotal role in cross-functional projects as ERP implementations and initiatives to improve financial processes and controls. 

About You 

As our ideal candidate, you recognize yourself in the following statements: 

• You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• You have a minimum of 3 years experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on business partnering or financial analysis. 
• Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex financial data and trends.  
• You collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, who recognize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• You see yourself as a proactive person with a “can-do” attitude.  

We see it as a plus if you have experience with implementations of ERP systems and/or financial reporting tools.
